Given Polygon’s exponential rise, Pocket Network has taken notice and is starting to service your block chain. We at Pocket are a protocol that facilitates 5k+ decentralized full nodes for different smart contract block chains. Polygon is the most recent addition and has been running flawless during internal testing.
As a gift to the community, we are providing a free RPC community endpoint for any Polygon user to start using!
Background
Pocket Network is paying close attention to the development of the protocol, and talked with several community members during the most recent ETHcc. As a result, the Pocket Network team & our DAO decided to expedite the “official” support of Polygon on our protocol which we had been internally testing for weeks. Furthermore, we’ve allocated up to 5 million relays per day to a community endpoint for anyone to use.
But before we go (really) public with things, we wanted to run a beta test with the community to make sure of the following:
- Our service continues to maintain 100% uptime for most application use-cases.
- Our nodes get additional exposure to edge cases that we identified while talking to devs at ETHcc.
- Pocket Network can get to know more about the community.
Ask
We have prestaked a community endpoint for Polygon developers who want to help beta test Polygon on Pocket Network. It is up to 5M API requests per day.

If you want to use it, keep the following in mind:
- If you are running an application, switch out one of your endpoints for a period of time with the above endpoint and let us know how the network behaves - the good the bad, the ugly. This endpoint will be valid till the end of 2021.
- Adding data points and working with our support team will get you bonus points.
- Simply reply in this thread or ping for support in our discord channel.
Keep in mind - this is a gift for beta users. For users who run more than 5mn/relays/day - you can access Pocket directly though our Portal which is a self-service dashboard from which anyone can directly deploy DApps.
