Upcoming zkEVM Mainnet Beta Elderberry Upgrade (Fork ID 8)

The Elderberry upgrade that was postponed from 7th March is now scheduled for 14th March . It covers ROM optimizations and fixes.
Things to note:
Note that the versions node v0.6.2, Prover v5.0.6 are required to be able to upgrade the network to Elderberry.
Note that the versions node v0.6.1/v0.5.13 and earlier, prover v5.0.3/4.0.19 and earlier would be obsolete.
