Since 5 days matic token not credited to my wallet

Hi, on 27th January 2021, I have purchased 7,093.779870295369 matic through transak still it’s not credited to my wallet, I had verified that my wallet address is correct, and transaction shows successful pls guide me how to get my matic tokens to my wallet.

i have same problem.
I thing is because the RPC information at the moment we setup metamask.
if you compare this https://rpc-mainnet.matic.network/ instead of https://rpc-mainnet.maticvigil.com/
there are some diferences.

people who create this are taking advantages of us.
please review again the RPC with others pages and compare.
