Sent Matic tokens to my wallet, never arrived :(

Hi,

I sent Matic tokens from Bitmax to my Matic Mainnet configured MetaMask Address. They never arrived. Can I do anything about that?

Please help.

Check both Ethereum Mainnet and Matic Mainnet.
