Transaction shows failed in Metamask, but still shows in progress on Web Wallet Bridge. What needs to happen here?

I was trying too change poly/eth to eth, I never got the last confirmation from MetaMask, but my poly/eth was taken and nothing in return! It was over 12 hours ago… please help, my wallet is 0x8F82BCd8183299E4DFC2723e2c183CC4347C46Aa

I used the polygon bridge to convert my WETH to ETH, the process never finished and my WETH is gone. How do I continue the process to get the ETH?
