I’ve submitted ticket twice but since I didn’t get any emails I’m not sure it’s submitted or not.
So I write it again here
I tried to transfer USDC from Matic to Ethereum and
txid - Polygon Transaction Hash (Txhash) Details | PolygonScan
it said my token is burned

but it’s not showed up in my ethereum mainnet wallet
maybe exit function didn’t work properly. can you help me out to solve this problem asap ?
(I tried to transfer 2USDC / 4USDC for test after, it worked properly but my previous transaction to trasnfer more than 80,000USDC, it’s not worked yet)
even I can’t sign up https://wallet-support.matic.network/portal/en/home since I didn’t get confirmation email

I’ve submitted ticket twice but didn’t get any emails / ticket number and even I can’t sign up in support site (it says that “We have sent an email with a confirmation link to your email address. Please click the link in that email to sign in.” but I can’t find any confirmation email) it says that my ticket is created but I didn’t get any email about ticket so don’t know ticket number. I just re-submitted it in incognito window and used window laptop but still dont’ get any emails about ticket submission. Would you help me via this forum please?
