METAMASK to BINANCE DAI TRANSFER

Good Day Everyone.

I have sent my DAI from Metamask to Binance, it never arrived to BINANCE.

TXN ID: 0x30552ad196d8022ed0c3eeb1754539aa45b4c4f3b558951b82f11b94d2510003

I already applied an Appeal for a Manual Review to Binance but it was rejected, their Remarks said

“Currently unable to retrieve unsupported token deposited via MATIC network , our technical team is working on it, will announce when retrieve work is available.”

Please help me retrieve this.

Please don’t send funds directly to exchanges that support only Ethereum; you have to first withdraw from Matic to Ethereum and then send it to your exchange address.
We have mentioned this in the disclaimer that we show before your go-ahead with the send functionality on the Matic wallet.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you recover those funds as we do not have the private keys of any account.

so i won’t be able to get my money back? this is my salary of the month, i need to pay my bills, eat, basic needs, please help me
