More detail might help.

What does the screen look like on Polygon Web Wallet v2 when you click “Switch to Ethereum” (or switch to the Ethereum network on your wallet).

Is there an “Action required” notice in the header? What does that look like if you click it? Can you select your withdraw transaction in that menu and click Try Again on a popup?
