I converted my 9700 Matic from poly network to Ether network. They did not arrive in my metamask wallet. On Bridge v2 it is showing Transfer comleted. When i click on "View on ether scan, it says:
An unexpected error occurred.

I can not see transection
I sent email to support by attaching the file which shows the image of bridge v2 saying the transection completed.
