Project Description
What: Using Charged Particles to create NFT wallet and reward systems for use in a hair salon community.
Where: La Familia Hair Salon, Hollywood, FL (Greater Miami)

Why: Incorporating blockchain engagement systems into small businesses will prove bottom-up use cases beyond acceptance of crypto as payment. Small businesses will flourish as they use crypto to highlight new value flows and community interaction.
How:
Step 1: Mint 50 NFTs on Charged Particles with La Familia logo
Step 2: $8k USD to be invested in DeFi protocols using Venly for 30 days (Building a rewards pool)
Step 3: Clients challenged to spend $100 USD at the salon during a calendar month to qualify for La Familia NFT. $20 USD of the client’s $100 to be converted to Aave and Charged into their La Familia NFT. Client’s $20 USD of Aave is combined with $100 USD equivalent. Target 50 clients to ultimately establish a $120 USD equivalent DeFi rewards pool. Rewards will be used for in store merchandise and service sales.
Step 4: Share rewards with clients based on the performance of value wrapped in the NFT and how much the clients spend on merchandise and services.
*For every $100 USD spent by a client, $20 is invested in the client’ DeFi NFT. The clients investment principle grows as the client spends at the business. The more the client spends, the more is invested; greater and faster rewards are earned as time passes and clients are incentivized to reinvest their earning back into the business.
