Project Description
The International Media Nodes (IMN) project is looking to further the vision of the BanklessDAO.
Of the world’s population, only 5% speak English as a native language. The goal of our project is to support media nodes in other language communities, translate as well as distribute content about blockchain technology, DeFi, the Metaverse, and Web 3. By doing so, we reach and educate the world’s population in their native languages. In the long term, the goal for each node is to build up trust in their respective countries/communities and shape the discussion and discourse around crypto.
The IMN team consists of a diverse group of entrepreneurs, translators, and writers from different geographical regions. In the first three months of the project, 16 nodes have sprung up with more than 50 contributors, translating and distributing 174 (based on January 2022 data) articles to their native languages and attracting more than 26.000 (as of the 1rst of February 2022) in audience combined and more than 80.000 newsletters views.

- Translation of the article in 16 Languages
- Distribution of the article through substack and the social media channels from the 16 Media Nodes.
