As previously noted in the Erigon release v3.1.0 (https://github.com/erigontech/erigon/releases/tag/v3.1.0) from the 17th September 2025, support for the Erigon client for the Polygon PoS network has transitioned from the Erigon team to the Polygon Labs team.
As such, going forward, PRs, issues and releases for Erigon’s client for the Polygon PoS network will be available at:
https://github.com/0xPolygon/erigon/releases
Please also note that we will shortly have PBSS in archive mode for the Polygon Bor client, which will provide significantly reduced disk storage requirements for Bor-based Polygon archive nodes. We expect over time that this will replace usage of Erigon for archive nodes, and will provide more information on this process once the PBSS release is ready. We will keep you all posted as and when we release support for PBSS.
