Deprecation of Polygon's public RPC endpoints (Mainnet & Amoy)

Hi Everyone,

We’re letting the community know in advance that Polygon’s public RPC endpoints for Polygon Chain Mainnet and the Amoy testnet will be deprecated on 17th July for Testnet Amoy and 31st July for Mainnet.

These are the free, Polygon-operated public endpoints
https://polygon-rpc.com/ for Mainnet, https://rpc-mainnet.polygon.technology and https://rpc-amoy.polygon.technology for Amoy. Deprecating after 17th July for Testnet Amoy and 31st July for Mainnet.

These endpoints will no longer be maintained and will stop responding to requests.

What you need to do

If your app, wallet, or service points at one of these endpoints, please migrate to an alternative before 17th July for Testnet Amoy and 31st July for Mainnet to avoid any disruption. We maintain a list of public and paid RPC providers here:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: https://docs.polygon.technology/pos/reference/rpc-endpoints

The page includes free public options (dRPC, Tenderly, Allnodes, Nodies, 1RPC, and others) as well as enterprise-grade paid providers if you need higher throughput or reliability guarantees. Swapping over is usually as simple as updating the RPC URL in your configuration.

Timeline

Public Polygon RPC endpoints will go offline on 17th July for Testnet Amoy and 31st July for Mainnet.

. Please migrate before then.

If you have questions or run into issues migrating, please open a support ticket at https://support.polygon.technology and our team will assist you.
