Overview
As allocators for the Polygon grant program this season, our focus was on identifying and funding high-quality developers building meaningful agentic + onchain applications, particularly those leveraging the GOAT SDK and contributing to the broader Polygon ecosystem.
We’ve been deliberate in distributing POL, prioritizing teams that reached clear milestones before disbursement. To date, we’ve allocated 568K POL to 8 projects and have distributed 170k POL for projects who have reached progress milestones.
Selected Projects
- Food Delivery Connector Tools on GOAT SDK: Building McDolan, a meme-style food-ordering AI agent on Telegram that parodies a McDonald’s assistant while demonstrating advanced agent orchestration, USDC/EURC payments on Polygon, and an upcoming delivery API integration (e.g., Uber Eats).
- AllowMe.ai: An AI-powered smart-allowance platform that releases funds via smart contracts when verified educational or wellness milestones are met, encouraging positive behavior through transparency and onchain automation.
- Aiden Labs: An AI meta-agent that unifies access to top-tier models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini within chat apps, simplifying multi-model subscriptions for millions of users through integrated wallets and frictionless UX.
- GoGoCash:A shopping-to-earn platform offering instant, verifiable stablecoin cashback with AI-driven credit scoring, modernizing traditional cashback systems and building trust with real-time, onchain payouts.
- MYAX: A creator platform for deploying AI Twins—autonomous onchain agents that engage fans 24/7. Paired with NFT-based subscriptions and future avatar wearables, MYAX connects social influence with decentralized engagement.
- droplinked: RWA-backed onchain commerce infrastructure that enables attested merchant transactions and instant settlement using agentic wallets, reducing intermediaries and unlocking new forms of onchain retail.
- AgentTank: An AI crypto co-pilot that merges computer vision and voice commands to let traders interact naturally with crypto markets, executing trades, monitoring trends, and maintaining transparency through an intelligent desktop interface.
- Xade: A no-code AI-agent builder for trading and portfolio management built on Eliza and the GOAT SDK, empowering anyone to deploy AI-driven DeFi agents and trading strategies without coding expertise.
Reflections
While early collaboration and promotion from Polygon helped kickstart strong initial awareness, continued amplification would have further strengthened applicant quality and reach. For future rounds, we recommend sustained marketing and social promotion for the grant allocators and funded teams.
Looking Ahead with x402
With x402 accelerating activity in the agent developer ecosystem, we see a strong opportunity to deploy remaining POL funds to promote x402 developer activity on Polygon and attract the next wave of builders experimenting with agentic infrastructure.
