Hello All,
New version of Bor v1.5.0-beta2 have been released for Polygon Amoy. It fixes a few bugs. It’s advisable to upgrade bor to this version at the earliest.
Steps for upgrading Bor node
- Stop bor service
sudo service bor stop
- Install Bor with a version tag, network name (amoy), and node type (sentry, validator, or archive).
# Replace the node type
curl -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/maticnetwork/install/main/bor.sh | bash -s -- v1.5.0-beta2 <network> <node_type>
- Check bor version
/usr/bin/bor version
# It should print
# v1.5.0-beta2
- Restart bor service
sudo service bor start
Bor Changelog
The major change in this release is the commits merged from go-ethereum up to geth 1.14.6.
