Hey,
I’m looking for some information regarding the NUMBER OPCODE on the zkEVM. The official documentation(Differences between EVM and zkEVM | Polygon Wiki) states that for this opcode, the number of processable transactions is returned. Does this mean that this number can also decrease, or stay the same between blocks? Or does it just mean that the number increases by 1 for every transaction?
