zKEVM Mainnet Beta Update:

Time: 12:00 PM CET / 11:00 AM UTC.

Duration: Approximately 2 hours for both the zkEVM Cardona testnet & Mainnet Beta.`

No action is required from partners during this upgrade.`

For RPC node operators, just in case you missed https://forum.polygon.technology/t/announcement-zkevm-mainnet-beta-version-upgrade-v2-60-0/20231 - yes you need to be on 2.60.0 for this hardfork, you need to fresh sync, and 2.60.0 uses separate ports for WS and RPC, where 2.0.x used one port. Account for that.

“No action is required from partners” assumes that you already took action on Dec 4th to upgrade to 2.60.0.

Note this fork did not happen on mainnet, and is rescheduled for “sometime January 2025”

It did happen on Cardona testnet.
