Accidentally sent tether through the Poylgon network not supported by my wallet

Im sure this is a common issue. I attempted to make a deposit to my USDT address using the proper address but somehow the Polygon network was selected. I use Coinbase and this network isn’t supported through their means. I contacted support and they told me my money is basically in Limbo until their website supports this means. They notified me that (when) they support the Polygon network I would then be able to access my funds. I was checking the hash ID and wondering if there is anything that can be done on my end or is this just some ring around way of telling me my entire transacation is lost to the void. Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Unfortunately, this is a common issue, and the reality is that until Coinbase enables support nothing can be done. Once they do so, they will be able to recover the money for you.
