Project Description
Red Matter Capital is a regulated platform for issuing and trading asset backed, digital tokens https://redmatter.capital/ . Crypto and fiat holders can invest and purchase regulated securities for listed stocks, ETFs, commodities, real estate, Pre IPO company shares and trade those assets on DEX markets. This represents a significant democratization for financial investments , especially in developing markets.
The goal of the project is to be the first solely asset backed token DEX.

Milestones
Financial securities on Polygon blockchain. When RMC admin creates financial securities on the backend UI the token smart contracts are being deployed on the Polygon blockchain using existing solidity smart contract templates. Investor buy/sell orders trigger minting/burning of tokens on the smart contracts deployed on Polygon blockchain. The need to convert security tokens to dex-tokens is removed and dex-conversion functionalities are removed; 3-4 weeks - 24,000 USD
Private assets on Polygon blockchain. When project owner creates investment offers on RMC project wizard he can deploy token smart contracts for his assets offered on the Polygon blockchain using existing solidity smart contract templates. Investor sending fiat/crypto amounts to RMC trigger minting private asset tokens on Polygon smart contracts deployed. The need to convert private asset security tokens to dex-tokens is removed and dex-conversion functionalities are removed; 2-weeks - 18,000 USD
Connect Swap UI to SushiSwap smart contracts on Polygon or similar. RMC admin or project owner can add liquidity for any of his deployed tokens on Polygon blockchain. Any investor can use swap UI on RMC to perform swap transactions for security tokens with liquidity pools; 2 weeks - 12,000 USD
Implement investment payments using different tokens on Polygon wallet (ETH, USDT, USDC etc). The Pay button on private asset investment UI or financial security order UI allows to pay investment/order using any of the tokens on Polygon blockchain using Metamask or similar type of wallet; 3 weeks - 26,000 USD
