Project Description

Babylon is a community-led asset management protocol that enables users to create investment clubs/daos (we call them gardens) and invest in DeFi together.

Babylon is only a few months old and is still in private beta. However, Babylon already has $28M in TVL, a publicly tradeable governance token (BABL) and an engaged community.

At the moment, Babylon is live on the Ethereum network and it’s non-custodial, transparent, permission-less, and governed by the community. BABL is the governance token behind it.

Milestones

If approved, Polygon will be the first L2 Babylon Finance is deployed to.

The team is working hard to publicly launch the protocol in Q1.

Afterward, the team is going to fully dedicate its energy to this project and commit to releasing it before the end of Q2.

Babylon would not only bring more TVL to Polygon, but to the whole ecosystem.
Babylon allows users to create DeFi strategies mixing and matching protocols through a no-code UI.

Babylon would also commit to integrating with 3-5 DeFi protocols that are already live on Polygon like Uniswap, Aave, Quickswap, or Curve.

Thanks for your request and welcome to the forums ser. The ecosystem dao is actually transitioning to a tiered system of grants and anything over $10k would need to be approved by the polygon team. I believe we should have a member joining us here to respond to requests like this.
Also, as far as your request itself, requests should be separated into milestones or goals that you can achieve to measure your success then request for a certain amount upon the completion of each milestone.
Requests should also be clear what the funds will be used for, e.g. marketing, development, hiring staff, etc
The purpose of the grants program is to bring more quality projects and to build a diverse ecosystem and the more information teams can provide on how they aim to do that the better.
